Counselling Skills for Business
These hands-on workshops target both managers and employees in your company. They are centred around theoretical concepts and provide practical tools for integrating counselling and listening skills in the workplace. Our goal is to enhance awareness and assist managers and staff in recognising and acquiring fundamental counselling skills that can be integrated into team interactions. Participants will gauge and review their use of listening skills, drawing upon input from trainers and colleagues, and they'll use self-reflection as a learning aid.
This straightforward approach to incorporating Counselling Skills into Business seeks to inform, update, and empower managers and employees to listen in a new way. The session leaves staff with increased awareness of building relationships within business and in their personal lives, and offers hands on practical guidance based on Humanistic, Person-Centred Counselling theory, which delegates can use to help improve and maintain good health, wellbeing, and relationships.
Promoting listening skills is not only about creating a healthy supportive culture for your organisation, but can also contribute to reduced absenteeism, strong team bonds and even stronger interactions between employees and customers, based on connection and truly ‘hearing’ those you work with.
